Q: A portion of the DH1000 ALS 3-line sign isn’t displaying properly. Check the character that is the farthest to the right, that is showing the problem, the one next to it that appears to work properly, and the ribbon cable between the two. See figure 1.
Q: Letters on the DH1000 ALS 3-line display are shifted to the left 3 spaces. A mismatch of software versions. Check the switch settings on the single board computer (SBC). All switches off for Version 1, and 2 & 3 on for Version 2.
Q: Where is the serial number located on the trailer? The serial number is located on data plate on theside of the center trailer frame member, near the rear of the trailer.
Q: The EZ Pro™ handheld controller is stuck on “Please Wait.” Check the connections on the handheld EZ Pro™ controller AND the SC4 controller box mounted inside the battery box. If that doesn’t fix the situation, have the SC4 controller repaired, or replaced.
Q: I have a part that needs to be repaired, where do I send it?
- Call ADDCO parts and service at 1 800 616 4408.
- Requst a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the package.
- Ship the package prepaid to ADDCO LLC, 240 Arlington Ave E., St. Paul, MN 55117
